With the experience, wisdom and perspective gained as a Trial Judge for 35 years in over 300 trials, both jury and non-jury, Judge Herron deeply believes that mediation provides the better outcome for all those involved. John W. Herron
Judge Herron served 35 years as a trial judge in the Philadelphia courts with the largest number of cases in the Commonwealth. He presided over claims involving personal injury, class actions, probate matters, mass torts, medical malpractice, premises liability, libel actions, and complex litigation, and he was the creator of the Commerce program specializing in the trial of commercial disputes.

He also serves as a Special Master/Judge pro Tempore in the area of e-discovery and privilege review.
